Muscle Activation Assessment
This is best done as your first session with Alto Performance. The muscle activation assessment analyses your body for any dysfunctional patterns that could be limiting your performance or causing injuries. The assessment tests for muscles that are over working causing other muscle to shut down, then resets the body to work more efficiently.
